All SEMI Publications are protected by copyright. Therefore and unless otherwise specified, no part of the SEMI Publication may be reproduced or utilized in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, microfilm, scanning, etc., without permission in writing from SEMI.


Requests for permission should be addressed to Shannon Austin.  Reproduction may be subject to royalty payments and/or a licensing agreement.
